Kumamon Goes Trick-or-Treating: Halloween Party at Kumamon Square All October Long

Kumamon Square is getting into the Halloween spirit this autumn with its popular “Welcome Halloween Party!” running from Saturday, October 3 through Saturday, October 31, 2026. Whether you’re a family looking for a seasonal outing or a Kumamon collector on the hunt for limited-edition merch, there’s something to look forward to every weekend this October.

Kumamon in Costume — But Which One?

On all weekends, public holidays, and Halloween itself, Kumamon will appear dressed in a mystery Halloween costume — the exact outfit is a surprise until you show up. Here are all the dates to mark in your calendar:

  • October 3 (Sat) & 4 (Sun)
  • October 10 (Sat), 11 (Sun) & 12 (Mon — public holiday)
  • October 17 (Sat) & 18 (Sun)
  • October 24 (Sat) & 25 (Sun)
  • October 31 (Sat — Halloween)

Live on Instagram & a Life-Size Panel

On the opening day, October 3 from 11:30 a.m., the stage show will be livestreamed on Kumamon Square’s Instagram — great if you can’t make it in person. Throughout the whole event period, a Halloween-version life-size Kumamon panel will also be on display inside the venue for photo ops.

Limited-Edition Halloween Goods

Kumamon Square is releasing an exclusive range of Halloween-themed collectibles, available only while supplies last. Kumamon Square has previous form with limited-edition merch, so grab these early if you want them. Here’s what’s on offer:
