ONE PIECE Kumamoto Recovery Project Launches Figure Keychains on July 22

Fans of the ONE PIECE statues around Kumamoto have a new collectible to hunt down: the ONE PIECE Kumamoto Recovery Project’s third wave of merchandise is a line of figure keychains, set to go on sale on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. The project — a collaboration between Eiichiro Oda and Kumamoto Prefecture born out of the 2016 earthquake recovery effort — has previously released popular mini figures, and this new keychain series continues that tradition in a more portable format.

According to the official project website, the keychains will be sold at multiple retailers across the prefecture. Importantly, not every store will carry the same items, and sale start times will differ by location — so it’s worth checking the official store list at op-kumamoto.com before making a special trip.

If you’re already planning to collect the full set, it’s also worth noting that the project’s lineup is always shifting — some figures have recently been dropped from certain stockists — so picking these up sooner rather than later is usually the safer bet for serious collectors.

No pricing information has been announced yet on the project’s news page. Keep an eye on the official website and social media channels for the full retailer list and any updates closer to the July 22 launch date.
